Since it was founded by Hadi and Susie Suprapto, in 1995, our vision remain unchanged that is to serve our clients as their extended arms, giving the best value of money through its best operating systems and most importantly highly dedicated qualified people.
We firmly believe that people are our ultimate important assets, thereby At Gelatik, we continuously seek ways to develop our people in matters of their skill, knowledge and attitude while at the same time maintaining a happy learning atmosphere.
At least importance to support best results is appropriate physical resources as well as constant improvement of our systems of operation to adapt with fast changing business practices.
We earned the trust from our loyal clients for our reputation in delivering responsibilities and commitments.
In 2006 we founded PT Bina Tunas Bestari, known as BTB as our affiliate with the purpose of assuring our service independency and confidentiality for our clients.
Currently our main line of business so far is in consumer goods retail industry, while for future development, we are looking forward to expand our services to other lines of industry.
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.

The scope of our geographic reach covers more than half of Indonesia. Currently we employ more than 6500 personnel spread throughout the province in Indonesia.
